Played from Beginning to End of the Demo, with no Issues at all. Framerate was mostly between 50 and 80 FPS, with sometimes dropping into the high 30s/low 40s for a second.
Played with default Settings and Vulkan.

Strangely, the game title showed up as "Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction™ - Demo Version" on PS3&RPCS3.
Corrected anyway.

Can not walkthrough the stage because need to activate vibration!

This the Demo Version, not the full Game.
I remember the Demo only having one part like this, which you can get past even without using Motion Controls by simply letting yourself fall to the ground.
It is also possible to use Motion Controls with RPCS3 by just using a DS3 or DS4.
