Audio Stutters and FPS Problems in Persona 5 - Evohevo - 05-19-2020

RPCS3 Version: 0.0.10-10406-3d320aea Alpha
Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor
GPU: Radeon RX 570 Series
GPU Driver Version: 25.20.15031.5004
OS: Windows 10
RAM: 16 GB
I've tried several different several different settings, but even the best results, with default settings running on vulcan, have had very poor fps and constant audio stuttering. I did find another thread with a similar problem, but their solution was installing a mod, which i'd rather avoid if possible.
