Could not initialize layer VK_LAYER_KHRONOS_validation - NSMHD - 03-31-2020
Hi there! I've been playing Project DIVA Dreamy Theater 2nd on Vulkan and it worked almost perfectly. But now it couldn't launch and gives error message "Could not initialize layer VK_LAYER_KHRONOS_validation". What is that means and how to fix it (if it's even possible)?

If you can't use the validation layers then don't use debug output, why did you enable it in the first place
