As seen the current broken state of the game persist for many years & apparently lack of interest from develop team, I'd suggest revert its compatibility from "Ingame" to "Intro" because it's confusing.
For players who see this thread and want to play NG3RE on pc, play wiiu version on cemu, lack of costumes modes, combo not patched, ai not optimized, but it's running fine and demands less cpu.
