Game should be PLAYABLE. Game plays at full speed with some slowdowns that should not hinder overall playability. The main issue with this game is that it runs TOO fast sometimes. For example, cinematic animations/cutaways play at 60 FPS when they should play at 30, so they play at 2X speed as a result. This issue can also be seen in Major League Baseball 2K7 here.
