Major League Baseball 2K7 [BLUS30025] - connorwalks - 02-07-2020

RPCS3 v0.0.8-9528-54da9ac7 Alpha | HEAD | FW 4.85 | Windows 10 1909
Intel Core i9-9900K | 16 Threads | 15.86 GiB RAM | AVX+ | TSX-FA
GPU: GeForce RTX 2080 (441.20)

Game should be INGAME. Lots of stuff going on here. First, the game is extremely unstable. Sometimes I can get through a few innings, sometimes I only a few batters (as shown in video). Softlocks just happen no matter what, even with driver wakeup delay enabled. Also please note, if you do not have a sixaxis controller, you will need to go into VIP settings and change the batting controls to either classic or swing stick in order to be able to bat. It uses sixaxis by default.

There's another issue where "cutscenes" or cinematic angles before and between gameplay, which can be seen at 1:29 and 2:09, are running at 60 FPS when they should be at 30, and therefore run at 2X speed. The actual gameplay is supposed to be 60 FPS, so I'm not sure if there is a way to fix this other than manually switching the VBLANK/clock scale when necessary, though that seems tedious and unecessary. Maybe someone smarter than me can figure it out.

There is also the issue of clothing not being rendered properly. Not sure how to describe it, but you can clearly see the issue in the video below. The issue appears on fans and player clothing. Also, WCB is needed in order to get player jersey names/numbers to render.

Finally, there is an issue with resolution scaling. Using anything above 100% will cause the game to look like it's on LSD. I'll attach a bunch of pictures below, but even with force CPU blit + WCB enabled, the game looks like this.

Still ingame. Force CPU blit + WCB fixes weird effect when upscaling and fixes clothing/jerseys altogether. Only issues keeping this game from being playable are performance and frequent crashes. There is still the issue of it rendering certain scenes at 2X speed incorrectly

Game is Playable. If you upscale, Force CPU Blit fixes weird visual glitches (as stated previously by connorwalks)
If you want to see player numbers and names, Enabling WBU is needed however, the numbers/names will swap throughout the game. I didn't play MLB 2K7 on release so I don't know if this was an issue in the base game or not. Regardless it does not affect playability.
Performance and gameplay were great. (Video below) Locked at 60 FPS.

As stated by connorwalks, some scenes run at a faster speed but that's due to the FPS. If the game is played locked at 30 FPS, all scenes would appear normal.

Note: Want to put emphasis on what connorwalks said, "Also please note, if you do not have a sixaxis controller, you will need to go into VIP settings and change the batting controls to either classic or swing stick in order to be able to bat. It uses sixaxis by default."
