windowed scaled wrong - shmekles - 01-22-2019
IDK how this happened but ive already tried completely removing all files and reinstalling rpcs3. see link below for snapshot of issue. if its not obvious the window font is far too large and i cant config any settings with the window looking like this

Do you have Windows Zoom turned on? Try setting it to 100%
