Duplicate thread. https://forums.rpcs3.net/thread-178495.html and gameID's are supposed to be in square brackets in the thread title.
Also those black patches are probably fixed by write color buffers and you should never use GPU Texture scaling or force disable Anisotropic Filtering.
We've now hidden these settings because people keep using them and they just cause problems and should basically never be used.
