Can't open any build of rpcs3 - Kevsko - 10-16-2018
In the attached screenshots you can see i can't open it. Dosen't matter which build i have. Help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Never seen that error before, seems like a permissions issue on your system.
Place RPCS3 on an own folder outside of predefined user folders like the Downloads one. (e.g. try placing on C:/RPCS3)
Also note that RPCS3 needs administrator permissions to work.
