Anyway Here My Laptop Specs as Start
Note : 950M 4GB edition
So I actually Cleaned Installed Latest Drivers Of both Intel and nividia card After An ( DDU )
nividia driver 416.34
Game Project Diva F
There are 2 cases here
Case 1 :

1. RPCS3 0.0.4 Alpha

Status : Cant hit 30fps !!!!! (opengl)
Status : smooth 30fps with million flicker (Vulkan)

2. People told me you can run this game on Intel 4600 how?????? what settings????
