RE: UEFA EURO 2008 [BLES00227] - Deminating - 08-20-2018

Hi!

This game has an issue with jump tables not found like a couple of other games. It hangs the emulator for a fairly long amount of time, but it is still processing and progressing in the background.
I'd recommend trying with PPU fast so you can get ingame.
I have confirmed the demo goes ingame after some patience here https://forums.rpcs3.net/thread-199422.html

Please try leaving the game/emulator open for an extended period of time and report back if you can. Thanks!

As for now, I will move this to general discussion as nothing reports are taken very seriously. If it is left open for a very very long period of time and still fails to boot, I will move this back to the nothing category.

Hi Deminating! I did as you said (selected PPU fast) and waited for about 15 minutes and the game did go ingame with exactly the same issues the demo had (low FPS 2~4 / graphics glitches). This is the PC specs I ran the game on:

AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor | 16 Threads | 15.93 GiB RAM | AVX+ | GTX 1070 8 GB

RPCS3 v0.0.5-7247-a93a40e8d Alpha | HEAD

If it goes ingame then please submit a proper ingame compatibility report with the relevant log file, version identifier, and ingame screenshot and we can move this to ingame.

RPCS3 v0.0.5-7247-a93a40e8d Alpha | HEAD

It took about 10~15 minutes to launch in this build.
Although it shows 21~23 FPS during gameplay, it stutters a lot making it look like 1~2 FPS. Some glitches are also present during cutscenes.

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700 (3.2 GHz)
GPU: GTX 1070 (8 GB)
RAM: 16 GB (2666 MHz)

RE: UEFA EURO 2008 [BLES00227] - v3rc3ttj - 09-03-2019

RPCS3 v0.0.7-8639-9dc06cef Alpha | HEAD | Firmware version: 4.85
Intel® Core™ i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz | 12 Threads | 15.92 GiB RAM | TSC: Bad | AVX+ | TSX

With firmware 4.85, the game is completely playable the same FIFA 08. I have played it without any crashing. Fps is always stable at 60.
