No matter what I do, fresh install of RPCS3, fresh install of Demon's Souls. Doesn't want to go past intro/main menu.

8gb ram ddr3
gtx 70

When updating RPCS3 you need to update ALL files. You have outdated DLLs from older builds.

I deleted the DLL's in the folder and put new ones in. No change. Got to the Main Menu, went to create new game, and it just froze. Went not responding, and I had to end it through task manager.
Deleted everything from RPCS3 folder, started a new, new dlls, everything, still crashes. Cannot even play the game.
Followed recommended settings, no change.

I'm having the same issue, Demon's Souls freezes up at random shortly after booting it up. I got the same error message as you did with the module name Qt5gui.dll.
Does rpcs3 install dll files or any other stuff outside of the rpcs3 folder? Cos I also tried to delete everything and do a clean re-install and I still get the error.

Outdated DLL's are not the problem. This is a regression with newer builds. Any settings, whether you fresh install the DLL's or not, still result in a crash during loading.
