It's a known issue, SSE2 path is currently broken

So is there a way to fix this problem?

RE: SSE2 CPUs: Crash on LLVM Compilation - Ani - 07-22-2018

If you're a developer with LLVM knowledge yes.. Otherwise you have to wait.

Anyways, a few changes have been pushed to master, update to the latest RPCS3 build and retest, it may be fixed.

Edit: Still happening, issue being investigated, wait a bit, will update when there's a fix.

Edit2: Try https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rpcs3/rpcs3/build/0.0.5-9a076015
