fatal error occurs when installing firmware - MentorMatt - 07-20-2018 whenever i try to install the firmware update for ps3 to rcps3, says a fatal error has occurred and crashes. reinstalled rcps3 and also redownloaded the firmware update and rcps3 still crashes. can someone plz help. Anyways, a few changes have been pushed to master, update to the latest RPCS3 build and retest, it may be fixed. Edit: Still happening, issue being investigated, wait a bit, will update when there's a fix.
