The other ID for this game is playable, the only reason I can see for you adding this to ingame is because YOUR performance is poor.
But, with a very low-end AMD APU and using OpenGL when your APU supports Vulkan, well you can't expect much fps.
This game and type (PSN) is already confirmed to be playable, so please don't add it to ingame just because your low-end hardware doesn't run it as well as others.
