Only runs on OpenGL. Vulkan doesnt work. This isn't homebrew, so i put it in this section.

Apparently, this is a beta version of PlayStation Home, this can not be considered a game nor a homebrew, this could be an application.
I tested it and it does not open anything, only this appears:
