Can't use Vulkan on Intel HD 630 (even though it supports it) - Trogdor8freebird - 03-29-2018

In case you're wondering, yes the HD 630 supports Vulkan and yes my drivers are installed and updated to the latest version. Does RPCS3 not yet support Intel iGPUs w/ Vulkan or something? I get this error: https://imgur.com/7BDjlUr

It's a driver issue.

Yeah, that's where I originally posted this. I was just hoping I might get a second opinion or something that backs up that claim.

I can repost here, Intel drivers are bad. If you're already on latest drivers and the game you're trying to play works on NV/AMD, then it's a driver bug.
You can install Vulkan SDK and enable debug output on config.yml to try to get detailed Vulkan output on log when it crashes.

Thanks for the response. I don't know how to use the Vulkan SDK. I tried the only application I could find in it, the VkTrace Viewer but I don't know how to use that and I'm not even sure if that's relevant here or not. Anyway, I guess I'll just assume that it is the driver and will need a newer video card than what I have (GTX 5xx series). I did try the two Intel drivers available to me and neither worked.
