RPCS3 Version: v0.0.4-2017-11-20-de465cb9_win64
this is simply to add it to the RPCS3 Compat List. All attachments have been provided.
Tested by me on both Vulkan and OpenGL settings for GPU. Opengl gets 0.00fps and vulkan gets 0.01 fps.

Ingame. Needs PPU fast or it'll give an unregistered function error trying to go ingame.
