Game is in a good state. Nearly perfect, but horrible framerate.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor | 12 Threads | 31.95 GiB RAM | TSC: 3.593GHz | AVX+ | FMA3
Runs near perfect using Vulkan 30-60fps moving around Haven City, OpenGL has worse performance with incorrect shadows on NPCs and vehicles. All settings default other than performance graphs.
