Technically the game is playable during several scenarios, but there is a bug that you cannot use the final moves with DEMO on. Although turning off DEMO will do the job, there are specific events that forcefully use final moves with DEMO on, hence crashing and making it impossible to complete the game. (Crash after the fatal error)

Why the manual mode? Also, most of those modules are automatically loaded, and you're using auto+manual mode, your list is exaggerated.
I fixed the thread title.

I tried using auto mod but somehow I got this error and the game shows nothing, even the loading image:

(in file C:\rpcs3\rpcs3\Emu\Cell\Modules\cellPngDec.cpp:317)
I think i ticked the manual mode but somehow misticked it to auto+manual mode, but either manual or auto-manual is doing fine except auto mode.
