load liblv2.sprx only otherwise it freezes up on the title screen
goes ingame but the graphics are all messed up and the screen keeps on flashing

Playable. Needs CPU blit to prevent some building textures from not rendering (Screenshots don't have blit on). CPU blit messes up the loading animation but it has no negative effect ingame.
Otherwise, no issues, just like the disc version.
