Runs fine but when trying to load gameplay, screen goes black and a different music track starts. Stays in this state forever. The game also only start 30% of the times you attempt - the rest of the time it throws a fatal error and crashes the emu (see bottom).
Strange because the non-On Fire Edition seems to work perfectly....
Settings:
PPU: LLVM Recompiler
SPU: ASMJIT Recompiler
Enable SPU Loop Detection
Vulkan
Invalidate cache every frame
Use GPU Texture Scaling
Strict Rendering (fixes text)

FINALLY WORKS!!! NBA Jam in game!
Unfortunately the jerseys are just black, but that's the ONLY issue I could find. Nice!

Wow no kidding. Plays very well, it's just those missing jersey textures. Great progress!
Having trouble getting the last roster update installed and working. This one added the 2011 rookies (Kyrie, Derrick Williams, Tristan Thompson). Anybody got this working? Not looking for a dl link or anything

Does anyone know how I can unlock the trial edition? The game is running nicely. I would like to unlock the game and also somehow get a 100% save for RPCS3 if anyone knows how.

Reviving this. I love this game so much, an updated 2020 roster would be AMAZING on this game. Also working on fixing the trial version issue. I have my PSN .rap file ready to go in the but I don't know how to copy or replace it in the \dev_hdd0\00000001\exdata\ folder on Linux/Ubuntu 20.04, but I don't know how to put it there. I typed this ~/.config/rpcs3/ command in Terminal but if someone has a command to place the file in that directory (or to replace whatever existing file is in that directory) that would be awesome.
From the Quickstart website it says:
PSN .rap files must be placed in \dev_hdd0\home\00000001\exdata\ (or simply drag and drop them to the main emulator window)
Note: If you're on Linux, RPCS3 folders are located in ~/.config/rpcs3/
