UPscaling: Enlabe FSR Upscaling 100%

The game is completely completed. There is a drawdown of frames during cutscenes. Also, during complex cutscenes, the program crashed, I had to restart the emulator and start the game again. The problem was in the connected Dualsense via bluetooth, if you connect the gamepad with a cable, then the problem is solved.

As mentioned by Dime333 in https://forums.rpcs3.net/thread-201013-post-316705.html#pid316705, setting SPU Block Size to Mega has fixed the stuttering of cutscenes for me (was dropping to 4-5 fps, now I get 60 fps).
