Fallout NV goes now ingame.
Tested using: RPCS3 v0.0.3-3-b338c81 Alpha
Settings:
PPU: Interpreter(fast)
SPU: Interpreter(Precise)
LLE: Automatically load required libraries
GPU: OpenGL
