I have always 60 FPS with Ryzen 3700X with default settings. @theDreamcaster do you also have black screen when you enter boat?

The full game was never playable, not even in the build in which the report was made. It consistently freezes when you get into the boat at the beginning of the game (like 15-20 minutes into the game).
