"never goes blew 29fps"
Your footage shows 12fps at 14:20 on a 8700k.

Moving back to ingame until this can be confirmed as actually playable. Have also received some reports that stability is not the best so will need someone to test for a decent period for stability.
RPCS3 v0.0.15-12165-1d9dd8d2 Alpha

Weirdly though, the video that UAQ uploaded for the PSN version looks much better performance wise, so won't move that back to ingame until I discuss further with some people

RPCS3 0.0.23-13993-c75b76dd Alpha | Master

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
8GBx2 (16GB Total) 2133 MHz RAM

With all PC apps closed with default settings loading a level quickly goes from 30 to around 1-15 FPS when action happens. Sometimes the game will reach 0 and hang there indefinitely, pretty much crashing.
I have about 9 hours clocked in and would say it's still pretty fun though.
