Tried with everything enabled mentioned from Annie. DX12/OpenGL tested. Video decoding with the LLE libs is very bad (without them it doesn't render video cutscenes at all), you're ought to skip them when they appear by pressing X (Cross) or C (Circle) in your keyboard, see if you can get further. Did click circle and cross, didn´t go any further.
