Sometimes this issue occurs with Vulkan. Some people claim OpenGL can solve it, i never tried. but the issue doesn't occur often now, and I play happily without audio stuttering.

The game is running great for me now. I am using Vulkan and was able to get up to around 315km/h before my engine blew so I can't test the previous comments of audio stuttering occurring at fast speed (Could be from the alarm beeps when you are about to blow your engine maybe?). I tried out multiple routes in Time Trial and all worked great.
