Hi , the emulator cannot start and i get an error message ( check screenshot )
i've the latest version available here

You need C++ Redistributable 2015, as listed on our Github page.
Also, since you're new, please read the FAQ.
Also please remember, that you wont be able to run Uncharted, God of War, etc. All the playable games are listed here.

Install--> Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015 X64/86 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, you need x64 version.
