You should open a separate thread, since this isn't related to this game. (The game ID is different and the result of the game is also different)

if you get decrypted save you will be able to see the loading screen, but something prevents the game from entering ingame state

The game runs [BLES00371] until the installation screen but doesn´t pass the installing process it keeps the message "installing...0%"

His builds are absolutely horrible and broken, as I have probably said quite a few times before. I don't think they should be distributed, as builds like his will likely result in wrong status updates for many games.
