Its already been 2 months since that branch was updated. Did something happen to DH? Cant someone commit the changes?
EDIT: I did i little bit of searching, and found out that DH is working on the RSX, so nwm, but still, are the changes in the RSX2 branch not "merge" worthy?

They might be merge worthy, but since DH hasn't made a PR/merged into master, we'll assume he thinks that it isn't merge-worthy, yet.
