I'm not sure, but the last time I tried couple months ago the sound worked? Don't remember exactly, but I think it was Swap that had working sound due to Spurs improvements.

Yes, but IIRC it only worked with the unmerged changes in this branch. Or maybe it was if you comment out this mysterious infinite loop...

Well even with all that merged sound/spurs is still broken, although it did work half a year ago, so at some point it broke.
