this is not considered loadable, it has to show some texture in the rsx debugger

Reaches ingame (I guess) with corrupted graphics. Tested in 0d17356 and GPU scaling on.

Playable as of https://forums.rpcs3.net/thread-159044.html with the most recent test.
The only difference that this game ID in this thread has is that it's russian. The game should work exactly the same as the other thread, if it doesn't let me know!
