It doesn't really matter what can I do with it, but where did it come from and if it is copyrighted. See, I'm not saying what you posted is piracy.
If you're so sure you're probably right, I'm a big noob when it comes to PS3 file system/homebrew. I'm just saying how legal stuff works.
