Hey there. Just dropped by to share my results:
Like others, cutscenes are still laggy (I use YouTube to watch smoothly then skip in-game instead);
10-15 fps on the street;
and around 15-25 fps on dungeongs
My laptop specs:
GTX 960M 2GB
i7-6700HQ 2.60GHz
16GB RAM
Windows 10 64-bit
Guess I'll come back again after some months when the streets become more stable. Great game, whatsoever! 11/10

It's completely normal, 30 is the max fps you can get in this game

Thank you for Posting the latest Version. It did indeed fix the need to slow FPS and prevent battle crashes.
I am now running constant 25-45 fps in dungeon maps, animated (cartoon) cut scenes are still a little choppy audio wise for some reason. 3d rendered cut scenes are operating fine.
Specs in signature.
My character randomly starts walking slowly, I'd have to change directions for him to start running (not to be confused with sprinting R2).

You need to get ACT.DAT and IDPS from your console and generate a RIF to create a RAP file for the game. Then place the rap file on the indicated dir.

I get 15-25 in subway/trains, It isnt much difference in terms of how noticeable it is. There is no stuttering, but i have noticed some prolonged automated running in those programmed sequences. I think those pre programmed steps are movements to a x y location for x number of second and not frames, which causes that sort of a discrepancy

something weird happen to me when i play this game, i had some bug or glitch when i try to explore the mementos, i can't get into the car, so i walk around at the mementos. if i ambush the shadow, it will freeze the game. what should i do?

Seconded, Just got to mementos for the first time on emu, You just walk out of the cat bus and unless you let the enemies ambush you, you cannot advance the fights. w

Here is an actual solution, for what ever reason the first time you go into mementoes it is broken. Allow the enemies to ambush you ( its only 3 slimes each time) then complete the quest to change the stalker's heart.
After that is completed and you come out of that mini-boss fight, you will be in side of the cat bus properly and not just walking around.
This will only work if there is no doors between you and the ! quest destination
Here is an image of the inital glitch.
Although this leads to the exact opposite problem later on. where you cannot stop being the catbus and therefore cannot proceed to a lower floor.

yeah, at first quest, i though i figured out the solution. But when i do the second quest, i can't find the ! unless i open the door. But too bad, the only way to open the door is when you ride the catbus... so i can't open a single door at the mementos
