RE: Silent Hill Downpour [BLUS30565] - isshininu - 05-05-2018 RPCS3 v0.0.5-6694-25ec899cf Alpha AF set to Automatic, Disable Vertex Cache, Resolution Scale 125% and Resolution Scale Treshold 512x512. RE: Silent Hill Downpour [BLUS30565] - Asinine - 05-06-2018 While performance seen above is low, it was running on a i7-4700MQ I can confirm the game runs much closer to 30 with a decent CPU so moving this to playable. I believe cutscene issue was fixed as well so the workaround is no longer needed.. I get 20-30 FPS on a i5-4690k running at stock speeds. Very happy. RE: Silent Hill Downpour [BLUS30565] - Asinine - 08-19-2018 Don't use 1920x1080 resolution. Use 1280x720 and 150% resolution SCALING. 1920x1080 resolution is basically like changing the RPCS3 output setting. Many games do not support it and it will result in compatibility issues as well as slower performance. But, this is what the resolution SCALING option is for. You can use 300% for 4k, 800% for 10k etc etc. RE: Silent Hill Downpour [BLUS30565] - phongvu99 - 09-02-2018 Status: 95% (minor glitches) playable, finished the game. FPS: ~30fps Audio: Minor stuttering Near the end of the game, there are some areas with plenty of lighting bug that might be a little annoying. About the version I used, its from Rutr**ker (with after-tweaking) |
