RE: The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II [BLUS31597] - oblongg - 08-30-2017 I downloaded a save off gamefaqs of CS1 and I tried to import the save data to get the bonuses for this game, but the game won't accept the save despite the emulator listing it and me pressing 'select entry'. Is save importing just not working yet? RE: The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II [BLUS31597] - Jhon1234 - 08-30-2017 gamefaqs save works. Is save importing just not working yet? You'll have to bruteforce that save file.. Only decrypted save files will load There are various tools available on the internet for you to do so. RE: The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II [BLUS31597] - za8zak1 - 09-04-2017 Please help me. In this game, currently I’m on mission to save Elliot sister, Fiona. After I confirm the party, the game is stuck. There's a Bruteforce Save Data program you can use. make sure you unlock everything including the region. put it in /Home/000001/savedata i've also read that you may need to rename the folder, the gamefaqs one with Laura ending has folder called NPUB31759_SAVE100 if you're using a BLUS31597 or w/e, you may want try changing the folder name to match the BLU-- first game. I just finished the game with my own save file so it can be over and done with. Even Bruteforce was giving me a headache with the whole decryption bit ugh. PS. I was going to reply to this days ago, but for some reason I can no longer log into my account and I even had to make a new one. What's the deal? Can anyone fill me in? RE: The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II [BLUS31597] - marthgun - 09-20-2017 https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rpcs3/rpcs3/build/0.0.3-6220/artifacts new build from nekotina caused me to crash when fishing. but i did see a few bit fps increase when playing in a low fps area. prior build (below) i was getting about 20-21 fps, with new build (above) around 23 fps. i still have the log i think, last time i tried to upload one it erased my entire post. i'll try after i get the text out of the way. went back to rpcs3-v0.0.3-2017-09-14-07af701a_win64 build; the game works great in OpenGL, PPU-LLVM, SPU-JIT, using i-7 3770k, GTX 670, 16gb ram it has some low fps in places mentioned in previous posts, lowest i've gotten consistently in an area is about 14 fps, so it's not bad, menus and battles are 30 fps. There is some serious texture corruption going on but from what i've observed it happens only when you open the menu (with the Y or Triangle button), then you may get blacked out textures on faces that are more pale or objects that have a high amount of white color on them, like Toval's clothes, Elise' face, wings on some creatures, etc. I've tried to play as long as i dared without opening the menu and have never run into any texture corruption. only when i open the menu it's pretty much a guarantee that something funky is about to happen in the near future, like a face or enemy graphic replacing all the battle menu options or bizarre stretching and artifacts on characters displayed in the menu. I'm sure most of this is known about. looking at what kd-11 is working on now with the depth and blit stuff, i'm hoping it has some positive effects for this game. I did try to stick it out with using write color buffers option on, and i saw no texture issues even after going through the menus repeatedly, however, max fps is about 10 for me. most of the time it's around 7. most of the other options do nothing for me in terms of improvements. *edit: i forgot to add, saving, then loading will help some of the texture issues, but from what i've seen there are two separate issues. if the ground or some other textures are rendering black or dark, you do a quick save/load and they may get fixed, but then you'll have the bizarre texture problems. you can do this and it pretty much just switches it from one problem to the other. the only reliable way to fix the issues is to reload the game. one workaround may be to be able to access the save/load dialog on a hotkey without going through the menu. not sure if that's even doable. RE: The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II [BLUS31597] - marthgun - 09-22-2017 as of Build 0.0.3-6256 game has some fps improvements, the texture corruption is still there unfortunately but it's much less of an issue now. blacked out faces / blacked out meshes rarely shows up, i've only seen one instance of this in 2 or so hours of gameplay, which a quick save/reload fixed. after about 20 minutes or so in game and moderate use of the menu do you start seeing some of the weird artifacts, usually a save/load will fix them, so it's been a more enjoyable experience overall. game seems to run better as well. log is a decent stretch of play time, around 20 minutes, when the log started to show lots of red and the texture corruption weirdness became too much. that's still 4x longer than i would usually have to reset the emu. file too large for forum; so gdrive: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B858bpwZmkmiekpQRUlhZzQ1QXM RE: The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II [BLUS31597] - Wildbreed - 09-24-2017 Is it just me or am i getting constant 30 fps in low fps areas using Vulkan and enabling Vsync using the latest build #3488 by kd-11 with openGL i was getting 20ish fps I knew this game had poor performance with Vulkan using the past builds, but i just decided to try it out now, and i was like omg constant 30 fps in Ymir whereas i was getting 21 fps using openGL Please can anyone else confirm.. location : Ymir using openGL - 19-20 fps using Vulkan with Vsync enabled - constant 30fps build #3488 by kd-11 |
