I set it to 4:3 aspect ratio and set the resolution to 720x576, and it worked! Now I'm completelly lost on what makes this game works and what doesn't. I wish I could code, so I could fix this issue once and for all. I also really liked to be a coder and understand better what is going on here. How the CPU can impact the resolution doesn't make sense. On the other topic, a user sugested that beyond setting the resolution to 720x576, you also set the aspect ratio to the proper 16:9 and mark the "stretch to display area" option. DONE! Proper full screen with LLVM PPU enabled and no graphical issues. It's weird and makes no sense at all, but it works, regardless the CPU used.
