This game is not playable. FPS is too low. Game stable no crash. Sound works fine.

For anyone who had the same white screen when attempting to play Chapter 4, make sure you tick Write Colour Buffer in the Advanced settings on the GPU tab. This fixed the issue for me (Ryzen 5 3600, RX 5700).

So far I'm probably averaging 15-20 FPS in large scale gunfights with multiple enemies on screen. Otherwise it's a relatively steady 25-30fps.

EDIT: I think it is only chapter 4 that you need to have Write colour buffer enabled. Turn it off after this chapter as it will negatively affect your FPS.

I concur. This will fix the checkpoint "Plane-wrecked".

Updated bare-minimum working configuration:

Date: 2020-04-05
Hardware : Ryzen 9 3900X / AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
Operating system: Windows 10

CPU
PPU Decoder : LLVM (default)
SPU Decoder : LLVM (default)
SPU Threads : Auto (default)

GPU
Renderer: Vulkan (OpenGL results in black screen)
Anti-Aliasing: Disabled (Auto setting results in black squares and wireframes on AMD Navi family cards due to proprietary driver)
Additional Settings:
  • Write Color Buffers (Fixes white screen on "plane-wrecked" chapter checkpoint)
Additional notes
Game is playable at 28-30fps. Some scenes drop to 15fps.
Audio is mostly clear (some distortion that gradually fades).
Some texture pop-up in 3D environments.

RE: Uncharted: Drake's Fortune [BCUS98103] - quick.sliver1 - 04-16-2020

Playable
Beaten the game from start to finished.  Gameplay FPS is almost stable.
  • Perfectly stable FPS with Res Scale=100% 720p
  • All chapter environment graphic is well-rendered (except chapter 4)
  • Random Misalign blooming/Few 3D texture when Res. Upscaling 2K and above (cave lantern/some bullets colliding dark wall/some bomb explosion/throwing angle).
# Gameplay FPS = (22~30)
# Cutscenes stable (59~60)
# RPCS3 v0.0.9-10202-adfc9d93 Alpha
# Default Setting [Res. Scale= 300% Fullscreen 4K]
# Intel i9-9900K @ 3.60GHz | 32GB RAM | 2070S 8GB Nvidia | NVMe storage (3500MB/2500MB Read/Write).

@ Blurry gameplay at “Chapter 4” only

Enable Write Color Buffers (GPU)
Enable Force CPU Blit emulation (Debug)

@ More FPS stability (Res. Upscaling)

Set Driver Wake-Up Delay = 350us

He's upscaling to 2k, and the availability of hardware doesn't change the fact that there were no bugs preventing its play.
