Game works after last KD11 merge but unfortunately scaling not work.
"E {rsx::thread} RSX: NV3089_IMAGE_IN_SIZE: Invalid blit dimensions passed"
This bug probably prevent from scaling.

Was this multiplayer? The other day when I tried I had the same bug that you posted a screenshot about. With the second screen not displaying properly.
