in that video in cpuz and gpuz i show you my PC config( https://valid.x86.fr/wv30ne ). after i delete cash, configure and launch TS4. and as you can see after first video intro rpcs3 crashes

new Top Spin 4 error. after WIN10 full reinstall inc all latest drivers

Works fine for me, I have different ID but it did not regress recently. It's still playable.
As i said on discord it's probably an issue with your rip, it works for everyone else.

I get the cache error: F {rsx::thread} class std::runtime_error thrown: Verification failed: (in file c:\projects\rpcs3\rpcs3\emu\rsx\rsx_cache.h:88)
With both the EU and US version of the game (BLES00668 and this one).

When I try Top Spin with V3 version, it's worked...
But when I try it with V4,It didn't work anymore whatever which version
And there were same thing happened,which said that:

please help..
some one say the solution here.. I don`t remember who ....but that solution to the (in file c:\projects\rpcs3\rpcs3\emu\rsx\rsx_cache.h:88)..in the option configuration GPU Remove the checkmark "Use GPU Texture Scaling".. I hope this help...thank you..

I`ve get 25-30 fbs ...please increase fps in next version..thanks
