Why emulator still say Ingame? I have the latest version.
This game is not playable. You can't shoot with RT button while aiming.

It's playable, not ingame.
Regardless, the shooting while aiming works perfectly fine for me on a PS4 controller. May be an issue with your controller?

Only thing i see when game started is black screen
