Are you talking about elf from SDK? I also have this problem with my elf. I`m using 64-bit RPCS3.

If we`re talking about "gs_gcm_cube.elf", i have no problem with it, everything is OK, and fps is 215. So,my elf is from Short Waves (Short Waves\tests\gcm\cube\cube.ppu.elf), it has the same trouble...

the elf is come from short wave 0.0.1 emulator but used to work on previous versions
