The game runs perfect with 30 fps but crashes on any version of emulator (tested a lot) in the same place: when you go to flame in world 3-2. Does someone know how to fix this issue? Current version on screenshot is 0.03-3-34a6085 alpha. log: https://www.pastiebin.com/5a132413c4f8c screen: [Image: 698285ea23c24932c85246835b96221e.jpeg] RE: Demon's Souls [BLES00932] - Fwha - 11-22-2017 (11-21-2017, 06:01 AM)kmetek Wrote: hi guys, new here. trying to boot this game, it shows this. I'm no expert but it seems like you're trying to start it from the game directory. That's not where you put games. If you already have it in the disc folder, delete the one in the game folder. If I had to make any guesses. (11-22-2017, 06:44 PM)pipendrusu Wrote: Hi there! RE: Demon's Souls [BLES00932] - pipendrusu - 11-24-2017 Of course, the same problem. As i said above, i've tested on all versions of emu and every existing version of game-file. RE: Demon's Souls [BLES00932] - EbonKnight - 11-29-2017 Hey, guys! So the game is running pretty decently on a 4790k with 16 gigs of ram and a 1070. So I'm thinking, the next step would be Reshade.. I saw some dude on Reddit test it and the results look fantastic. However, I have no idea how to get it working with RPCS3... does anyone have any experience with this or sweetfx... post-processing effects in general? RE: Demon's Souls [BLES00932] - hecta - 12-08-2017 How is it possible that people completed the game when I can't play more than 20-30 minutes and get the "F {rsx::thread} class std::runtime_error thrown: Assertion Failed! Vulkan API call failed with unrecoverable error: Device lost (Driver crashed with unspecified error or stopped responding and recovered) (VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST) (in file c:\projects\rpcs3\rpcs3\emu\rsx\vk\VKHelpers.h:1130)" Error? Is there something I'm missing? RE: Demon's Souls [BLES00932] - baguettez - 12-08-2017 You probably have a driver issue, try with a clean install (use DDU) of your graphic drivers. I ALWAYS use DDU, i'm using the drivers version 388.13 (nvidia) Of all the games I play on this emulator, this is the only one I had problems with, I don't think it's a driver issue. RE: Demon's Souls [BLES00932] - baguettez - 12-09-2017 Sorry I couldn't be of help then, to be honest, I did a full playthrough of the game (around 30 hours) a few months ago, and I had a fair amount of crashes, though usually in the form of "RPCS3 has stopped working" or the game just freezing. Usually happened when I entered a new area that wasn't cached. RE: Demon's Souls [BLES00932] - OnionQueenMemu - 12-12-2017 I feel like my laptop should be able to handle this but i'ts dropping frame rate constantly. I'm using a spectrex360 Core i7 - 7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.90GHz 16.0 GB RAM Intel UHD Graphics 620 (which is the only thing I can imagine to be holding me back. what are your thoughts? |
