I have one completed run through clocking in at 100 hrs and I'd like to try playing NG+ on rpcs3 instead given I'm leaving my ps3 for a while.
I've gone ahead and installed all DLCs plus JP voices just to make sure that the environment is identical to that of my ps3 as well as tried removing profile info using bruteforce, but every time I attempt to load a save I get

and the emulator simply freezes.
Bruteforce may sometimes fail to correctly decrypt save files. You should ask BlackDaemon on our Discord server, he knows a lot about these sorts of things.

I've read the newest blog update and there's no mention of persona 5 at all... is there any explanation why there's no improvement for persona 5?

Depends on settings and CPU, and different areas of the game. It's definitely faster in battles, and more so on slow CPUs.
Is there any kind of statistics about what settings and what CPUs can lead to a speedup?
I got the same problem too. I've tried many different settings and there is no any speed differences compaired to an old build. And I do not have a really fast CPU. My is Core i5-3470 (3.2 GHz, 4 Cores).

I tried the optimal settings but the game continues to lag. What could i do? (CPU i5-650. Graphic NVIDIA Geforce GTX 950) Is the component fault?

its the new build with shader cache that lags, try old build.

had the same problem with i7 6700 and rx480
And uh which old build are you referring to i tried like 3 of the most recent releases and it still persist

i solved the problem by checking every setting in GPU and CPU, it works

Hi guys, i tried the game but he just crashed after a lot of lags in the start menu. Is the recommanded config works?
Also i have a gtx 970 sli, with i7-2600k configuration.

My specs is i7-3630QM, memory 8gb, GT 750M Nvidia
It seems that the game stuck at the beginning after the opening cutscene..
Kinda hope for the solutions.
