Unable to download .ird file

I was trying to dump a game following its instructions, but when I tried to download the .ird file I needed, I couldn't: instead, every time I try to i get directed to a page of wich I attached a scrrenshot in this post. Please help.

Right click the file you want to download, save file as.

I got confused about this too since just clicking the download button used to work fine.
