ok, found something new, check this out, some1 emulated ps3 menu 4 PC :

do you think that the code used in this could be used in rpcs3? or they will not emulate ps3 menu and just run games/homebrew/software directly

From what they said,for now it's just the interface of the ps3,it would be nice if it could be implemented but I think it's too much work.But that's just my opinion
