With default settings it will only display part of the intro before it freezes.
Edit: I checked the compatibility report for the other version of this game and set the CPU Config to PPU Decoder (static) and it reaches the menu. However it cannot progress past this since it requires a server.
So this should probably be moved to Ingame. I included a snip of the start menu and an updated log.
