I don't have any games, I just wanted to see what games I could play, but I think I asked in the wrong place, and I didn't even get to install the app.

Once you set up RPCS3 following the Quickstart Guide with one game, you will be able to provide the required proof

But how would I pirate a game if I don't have any game!!

Your ban appeal has been rejected due to repeated refusal to provide the requested proof.

Rule 2 bans are not lifted without proof regardless of your ban reason.
