I am not sure this is fixable from the user side without further debug/fixes. Post the output of vkdiag https://github.com/13xforever/vkdiag/releases
If you can, post your vulkaninfo output too, run in a terminal and save to a .txt file
Disconnecting the amd gpu fixes the error, which indicates that the error is caused by an GPU conflict.
