Issue: Bejeweled 3 works via RPCS3 directly but crashes via Frontend during the SPU stage.
Firstly I realise this may simply not be a valid support issue, given that the game works correctly directly through RPCS3. In which case feel free to close it out.
I've been trying to fix this for a while now and thought I'd see if anyone else had encountered any similar. As mentioned, this game launches and runs perfectly via RPCS3 but crashes 99% of the time if run via a frontend (Retrobat and EmulationStation are the only 2 I've tried).
Log file attached. It looked to me that it was in relation to audio so I tried changing those settings but to no avail.
Spec of PC as follows:
Windows 10 Pro 64bit (22H2 and no oustanding updates)
Core i5-8500
16GB RAM
GPU drivers up to date
RPCS3 versionĀ 0.0.32-16407-6a776624
Any help much appreciated. I've tried changing a bunch of the settings for RPCS3 via Retrobat but with no luck. I can only presume the frontend itself is blocking or not freeing something up that RPCS3 is trying to use.
Cheers
